DECORATIONS If you're holding your carnival indoors, create a big-top swag over your table with colored crepe-paper streamers and tape, as shown. Make carnival booths out of large appliance boxes. Cut holes for windows, then paint and decorate the "booths." If you don't have any large boxes, set up and decorate tables for your booths. And, of course, no carnival would be complete without lots of balloons.
