Balloon painting - blow up balloons children can dip balloons in pie tins of paint - then paint. a fun and different medium!

Precut a horse shape and have the children paint and decorate it. Glue on colored manes and tails. Glue onto a glitter spiraled "pole" and create a merry-go-round on the wall.
